The Center For American Studies would like to invite you to participate in an intense, certified weekend course with a law professor from the United States (alumna of Oxford, Princeton and Virginia Law School) titled „International Intellectual Property Law Made Easy!”.
The goal of the course is simple: you will learn the most important international legal regulations of intellectual property (IP) law, understand the major IP law institutions, and know how to deal with patents, copyrights, and trademarks in transatlantic cases involving the United States.

??‍?Professor Susanna Frederick FIscher is an experienced New York attorney and an English barrister. She specializes in intellectual property law, contracts, civil procedure, art law, media law, and cyberlaw.
Professor Fischer received her legal education at Merton College, University of Oxford, where she received a B.A. in jurisprudence, and the University of Virginia School of Law, where she was awarded the LL.M. degree. She also studied at Princeton University, where she earned an A.B. in history, magna cum laude.
Professor Fischer practiced for five years as a barrister in London, England, at 5 Raymond Buildings, one of the best law firms in the Anglophone world. She represented clients before all levels of English courts and tribunals, including the House of Lords. In London, she also worked as a Night Lawyer providing pre-publication legal advice for News International plc, the publishers of The Times, The Sunday Times, and the Sun. She also taught Contracts at London Guildhall University. She later spent three years practicing intellectual property law as an associate at two prestigious New York City law firms, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom LLP and Paul, Hastings, Janofsky and Walker LLP.

??‍?Prof. Susanna Frederick Fischer, LL.M., jest adwokatem z uprawnieniami do wykonywania zawodu w Anglii i Nowym Jorku. Specjalizuje się w prawie własności intelektualnej, umowach, postępowaniu cywilnym, prawie sztuki, prawie medialnym oraz prawie cyberprzestrzeni.
