Ladies and Gentlemen,
The Center for American Studies and the Center for European Studies are honored to invite you to take part in the 5th International Academic Conference on „Law, Medicine and Psychology”.
➡️𝐖𝐇𝐄𝐍?
The conference will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2025, from 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. (CET – Berlin/Rome/Prague/Warsaw time) online on the Microsoft Teams platform.
The length of the conference depends on the exact number of speakers. In the event of a high number of speakers, we reserve the right to extend the conference also to Sunday, September 28, 2025.
➡️𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐌𝐄 𝐎𝐅 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐅𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄
The main focus of the conference is to discuss the key contemporary problems of law, medicine, and/or psychology as well as their historical conceptualizations.
Presentations may be of an interdisciplinary nature, combining various fields of knowledge (e.g., law and medicine, law and psychology, psychology and medicine) but we also welcome topics that touch upon only *one* of the aforementioned disciplines (e.g., only medicine or only law or only psychology).
We believe in academic freedom and do not censor speeches. Original presentations will always gain interest from the Conference Committee.
➡️𝐖𝐇𝐎 𝐈𝐒 𝐈𝐓 𝐅𝐎𝐑?
• Students, Ph.D. students, experienced researchers, practitioners, and all others interested in the above-indicated fields of research can actively participate in the conference as speakers.
• Passive participants (audience) do not need to possess any prior academic knowledge or background.
